Residential Services
COMPUTERS
We offer assistance on your home desktops and laptops to keep them running smoothly and headache-free. A basic service fee of $30 applies for on-site assessments prior to any services. If you choose to have us complete a listed service, the $30 service fee will go toward your balance. Additional pricing and services are listed below.

PC Hardware upgrades $20
Per component fee, plus hardware cost. Examples include RAM, video cards, CPUs, power supplies, sound cards, and hard-drive replacements.

Software installation $10
Per program fee, plus any relevant software cost. If you want to make sure your programs are installed and configured correctly, we can ensure it's efficiency.

Data recovery $100+
Based on amount of data to be recovered. Evaluation needed to provide a proper quote. In most cases, we are able to recover data such as pictures, music, and documents from your hard drive, even if the PC does not boot.

New PC recommendations & cleanup $50
We will provide a recommendation based on an evaluation of your specific needs and budget, and will order the computer for you. We will also clean out any unnecessary software and applications that come pre-installed on your new computer.

PC tune-ups $75
This will get your computer running efficiently through fixing registry issues, removing temporary files, disk defragmentation, and disk check.

Wireless network installation & configuration $150
We will securely install and configure your wireless network for up to two (2) devices. Each additional device is $20.

Operating system re-installation $100
We will reinstall your operating system and all drivers, and backup any documents, pictures and music. If you need to order recovery disks, we will assist. Additional cost of the recovery disk may apply.

Expired anti-virus removal & replacement $30
We will remove all old anti-virus software and replace it with the latest free anti-virus software available. We will recommend any paid anti-virus softwares and will install and configure if you choose to purchase.

Malware removal $75
We will remove any viruses, trojans, ad-ware or worms without reformatting or losing any data.

Remote assistance $25
Fee for any assistance requiring us to remote access into your device. Remote assistance is an option for most services.

Telephone walk-throughs $15
We will troubleshoot and assist via phone if possible based on the issue you're having. Fee is per hour.

Urgent service calls $75
Fee is for service calls requiring same-day assistance and is added to any service charge.
MANAGED IT SERVICES
Managed IT service packages are beneficial because it focuses on preventative measures so you face fewer problems with your computers. Think of it like a monthly maintenance plan. We can install one software onto your computer(s) that allows us to monitor how your computer is functioning. We would be able to ensure all updates are completed and nothing is out of date, monitor for any viruses or malware*, and your computer is performing as efficiently as possible using basic computer cleaning methods.
We offer two different monthly packages for these services:

We can help you install and configure your SMART HOME devices... because we all know it isn't always as easy as they say. Whether you are only considering turning your home into a smart home or you just added a new device and now your network won't cooperate, we are here to help. We provide assistance on the listed devices. Note: Device not included, you could supply your own device or we could order device based off need.
